Our 1:1 guided self-help psychological intervention is the focus of eGPS services. Base on the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy, we aim to teach you simple ways to improve your moods. Our psychological well-being officers will prepare a suitable self-help booklet for you, and assist you to gradually understand the nature of emotions and apply various effective mood regulation methods.
